The aim of this paper is to compare South Korea's 'punctuation revised bill'(2013) and North Korea's 'punctuation marks'(2010). The current punctuation marks of South and North Korea is different in it's names, forms, usages. The names of punctuation marks is matched only in 'Muleumpyo(?), Neukkimpyo(!), Mulgyeolpyo(~), Sumgimpyo(××, ○○, etc), Julimpyo(…, ……, etc.)'. The forms of punctuation marks is different in “ ”/《 》, ‘ ’/〈 〉, ˙, °/......, ××, ○○/×××, □□□, ○○○, etc., ……(…, ...)/…, ……, ………. The usages of punctuation marks is many different from each other because it was expanding largely the usage of punctuation in 'punctuation revised bill'(2013)
