[학술논문] GIS를 활용한 천안지역 대피시설의 현황 및 수용능력 분석 -구도심지역의 2등급 대피시설을 중심으로
최근 북한의 각종 도발로 인하여 유사시 긴급대피시설에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그러나 북의 도발대비 접경지역의 경우 인구에 비해 278곳의 대피시설이 부족하고, 장기체류가 가능한 2등급 대피시설의 부족은 더욱 심각한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우선 천안시 동지역의 모든 대피시설현황을 파악하여 그 수용범위를 가시화하고, 수용가능인원을 분석하였으며, 구도심(성정동, 중앙동, 문성동)지역의 2등급 대피시설에 대하여는 GIS의 버퍼분석을 통한 대피가능범위와 실제 수용가능인원을 산출하여 추가로 필요한 2등급 대피시설의 면적을 도출하였다. 연구결과 구도심지역의 2등급 대피소는 해당지역 인구의 약 56%(30,657명)의 인구를 수용할 수 있는 25,546m2의 대피소 면적이 추가로 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
