[학술논문] 국방 핵심기술 활용성 증대를 위한 개선 방안 연구

본 다양한 위협이 대두되는 현재의 안보상황에 대응하기 위해서는 적절한 무기체계 선정과 이를 견인할 수 있는 핵심기술 개발이 필수적인 상황이다. 북한의 핵실험, ICBM 개발 등의 안보위협이 대두되는 현 상황과 경제성장률이 둔화되고 있는 우리나라의 경제실정을 고려했을 때, 적절한 무기체계 선정과 신속하고 효율적인 국방획득제도가 절실한 시점이다. 이러한 측면에서 적절한 무기체계 선정과 이를 견인할 수 있는 핵심기술 개발이 절실하다는 점에서 현재의 국방획득제도와 국방연구개발의 추진과정이 적절하게 진행되고 있는지 그리고 개선할 수 있는 좋은 방향을 모색하는 것에서 본 연구가 시작되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 국방연구개발이 효율적으로 진행되고 있는지에 대한 고민에서 발단이 되어 핵심기술이 개발되고 무기체계에 적용되는
