[학술논문] 한반도 신뢰프로세스의 이론적 접근 및 국제화 방안
...신뢰가 형성되는 과정은 단계적으로 성과를 쌓아올리는 프로세스적인 측면을 가진다. 한반도 신뢰프로세스는 기본적으로 ‘신뢰구축이론’에 기반하고 있으면서도 상대적으로 군사분야에서의 정책수단 개발이라는 한계성을 가지고 있는 신뢰구축이론을 보다 창의적으로 발전시키고 있다. 신뢰프로세스의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 ‘균형정책(alignment policy)’를 포함하여 ‘지속가능한 평화의 원칙’ 그리고 ‘위기관리의 원칙’ 등이 함께 요구되고 있다. 신뢰프로세스는 한반도평화를 위한 남북 관계적 노력은 물론 국제공조적 노력 역시 중시하는 관계로 한반도-동북아 및 한반도-글로벌 차원에서 상호 추동하는 선순환적 평화정착 노력을 강조하고 있다...
