In a fewdays, President Trumpwill be visiting Seoul where hewill meet PresidentMoon Jae-Inandspeakat theKoreanNational Assembly. Onbothoccasions, themain topicwill be the threat of NorthKorean nuclearweapons.
I know that many of us are concerned about rising tensions with NorthKorea. So I would like to startwith twoquestions thatwehave beenhearingoften lately: Areweat anuclear tippingpointwithNorth Korea?And, if so,what shouldbedone?
