Kim Sang Hun is a poet who defected to North Korea. His works after defection are not well known. This writing aims to introduce two of his works written during the Korean War period. His work 「Let’s Fight Mother」 has two important points. First, the poem informs us that Kim Sang Hun was a war writer after his defection. Second, various images of mother from his personal history to public image are contained in the poem . 「Let’s demonstrate loyalty toward loed Kim Il Sung」 is a poem that commemorates February․8. In fact, the poem clearly intend to praise Kim Il Sung. Through this poem, he wanted to be included in the north korea system stably. Kim Sang Hun’s two poems during war period were introduced through this study. Attention and affection on him should be continued.
