This Study is to analyze acculturation patterns of North Korean Migrants(NKM) in South Korea. The scale was applied The East Asian Acculturation Measure(EAAM) developed by Barry. Analysis showed that the most of NKM tend to be integration and assimilation rather than separation or marginalization styles. Average monthly wage and learning experience for South Korean society were associated with separation, marginalization, and assimilation. The lower participants got salary, the more likely they were to separation and marginalization. And those of who did not have learning experiences for South Korean society were significantly associated with separation and marginalization. The findings suggest that the acculturation patterns of NKM may have a positive impact on their adaptation. In order to integrate better into the South Korean society for NKM, the policy should provide stable employment opportunities and education programs to recognize between NKM and South Koreans.
