Recently, there are several prospects for the coming era of unified Korea. This paper is a discussion of the language and literature policy in preparation for the unification Korea. There are three prerequisites for this discussion. First, it should be a policy for the 'reunification Korea' rather than the 'unified Korea'. Second, it should be the policy for 'Ready' rather than 'Preparation'. Third, it should be recognized by the 'Heterogeneity recognized' rather than ' Homogeneous secure'. The following is; the nature and orientation of the language and literature education in preparation for unification Korea. First, the nature of the language education in unification Korea is not nominally unified only the appropriateness of unity. And it should be communication-oriented, not nationality-oriented. It is not much different aspects in anguages of South and North Korea. Therefore, it is important to consider in 'Public about Language(言 衆)' of literary education policy. But It is much different aspects in literature of South and North Korea. Therefore, it is important to consider in 'Korean Teacher(敎師)' of literary education policy.
