The purpose of this study is to analyze cyberterror related with north korean government and find out how to prevent like this risk. In accordance with the Kim Jong-il's teachings, North Korea and pro-North Korean forces for the purpose of propagating the Juche Idea, by utilizing the cyberspace as a struggle place for social changes, even they use abnormal method such as cyberterror. In such circumstances, those currently in contact with North Korean hackers, it's increase that they align themselves negligence like this cyber terror against South korea, but they don't feel recognize the criminal offenses. so we positively make a close inquiry the risk of any part of the national security, even though they are for the purpose of making money by means of a simple subsistence crime. Apply strong penalties like a national security law against cyber terror. At this study, we study about cyberterror and it's dangerousness, overmore, to protect about national cyber attack by the north korean cyber warrior, freezing of its funds like a program contract with north korean programmer because of it's dangerousness. And the need’s to restirict which related it’s computer program development export to adopt like a ‘Secure Assurence Agency’ with ‘Program Assurence System’ and we can protect such as ‘DLL Injection abusing’. And Finally we suggested that how to present the suspect’s dangerous act and discribe his helping of the enemy. so I contribute to National cyber security establishment in cyberspace from the North Korea and pro-North Korean cyber attack.
