Disparities between the South and the North Korea have been aggravated in politics, economy, culture, and art by long hostile situation and insufficient communication. South Korea has broadened its potential reunification measures toward North Korea by using the medium of telecommunications and traffic from a few years on. This study aims to suggest how to adapt education after unification by understanding the ideals and purposes of education that have been pursued in the political systems of South and North Korea with different ideologies and examining the changes of school education in accordance with the changes of systems and art curriculum of education. In order to attain like this objective the education idea which it follows in change of political system and education objective followed in contents and education system and art curriculum change and the school education should have changed how, it tried to observe. And with education system and art curriculum from of each other. It is expected that this study would help rearrange the art curriculum and adapt education in the South Korea for North Korea refugee young people. Art curriculum to overcome the cultural heterogeneity and restore the ethnic homogeneity in the South and North Koreans.
