This study aims to analyze the current situations of the aid projects for North Korea and unification resources and to suggest the future directions based on constructivism. The structural contexts, ideas, national interests, norms, and identities interact on each other are drawn as variables interacting on each other in the Korean peninsula issues. As a result, the policies of the four powerful nations surrounding Korea as structural contexts, Korean Presidents' keynotes on unification by governments as ideas, trade between North and South Korea, the operation of Gaesung industrial complex, and tourism industry as national interests, aid for nothing for North Korea as norms, and the Korean people as identity are the main factors in the aid projects for North Korea and unification resources.
