[학위논문] 김정은시대 법제 연구 : 인민대중제일주의와의 관련성을 중심으로
세습으로 권력을 승계한 김정은 총비서 앞에 놓인 북한은 대내적으로 시장화와 외부사조의 확산으로 민심이 이반되고, 대외적으로도 비정상국가라는 낙인 속에서 경제발전을 위한 개방도 어려운 상황이었다. 이런 가운데 김정은 정권이 인민들의 지지와 국제사회의 인정을 받기 위한 방안으로 사회주의 정상국가를 지향한 것은 불가피한 선택이었을 것이다. 김정은 총비서는 노동당 유일영도체계 아래 통치이념으로 인민대중제일주의, 통치수단으로는 법치를 통해 당 우선의 정상국가를 구현하고자 하였다.
