[학술논문] 북한이탈주민 어머니의 유아교육기관 경험에 대한 탐구
...연구는 북한이탈주민 어머니가 북한 사회체제에서 이미 습득한 교육관이 남한 사회체제 속에서 나타나는 유아교육기관에 대한 의미는 무엇이며, 이 과정에서 겪게 되는 어려움과 요구하는 지원서비스 내용이 무엇인지 알아보는데 중점을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 눈덩이 표집방법을 사용하여 북한이탈주민 어머니 8명으로 선정하여 심층면담과 참여관찰을 통해 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 북한이탈주민 어머니는 남한 유아교육기관에 대한 의미를 ‘누구에게나 평등한 유아교육 제공’, ‘유아를 위한 유아중심의 교육’, ‘부모와 교사 간 교육 동반자 의식 형성’, ‘유아의 꿈과 희망을 꽃 피우는 통로의 역할’을 하는 것으로 이해하고 있었다. 북한이탈주민 어머니가...
