[학술논문] 남한 이행기 정의 경험의 북한지역 적용에 관한 소고
... 정의 경험이 북한에 주는 함의를 통해 바람직한 북한지역의 이행기 정의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석 틀로는 이행기구인 진실위원회의 다섯 가지 일반적인 기능을 논의의 축으로 설정, 남한의 이행기 정의 사례의 시사점을 북한 사례에 적용하였다. 논의의 효율성을 위해 북한지역의 이행기 정의는 체제전환기 북한지역을 관할하는 새 정부에 의해 도입된 조치들로 이행기 정의의 개념을 제한적으로 다루었다.
