[학술논문] 남북한 지역발전 정책의 비교·분석
본 연구의 목적은 사회주의 이론을 토대로 북한 지역발전 전략의 특성을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 체제별로 전개된 지역발전 이론을 고찰하고, 북한의 주요 전략인 군지역 중심 공업 분산배치, 특구 정책, 시장 허용 정책을 중심으로 이론적 연계성과 형성 배경을 파악하여 이들 정책이 공간구조에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 북한 지역발전 전략의 특성을 규명하기 위해 남한의 정권별 지역정책 기조를 비교 준거로 활용한다.

The aim of the paper is to forecast regional distribution of North Korean migrant in South Korea after sudden unification. There is a assumption that a pattern of North Korean migration follows that of South Korean based on 1970-1980s.
