[학술논문] 북한이탈주민을 위한 디지털 조력이 정보격차에 미치는 영향
...인터넷 사용 경험’이 있는 671명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 디지털 조력과 북한이탈주민의 디지털 이용능력, 온라인 서비스 이용, 디지털 이용성과의 영향관계 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형(structural equation model) 분석을 적용하였다. 구조모형 분석결과, 디지털 조력이 북한이탈주민의 디지털 이용능력과 온라인 서비스 이용, 디지털 이용성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 북한이탈주민의 디지털 이용능력은 온라인 서비스 이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 온라인 서비스 이용은 디지털 이용성과를 높이는데 기여하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 북한이탈주민의 디지털 이용능력과 온라인 서비스 이용, 그리고 디지털 이용성 향상을 위한 디지털 조력 방안을 논의하였다.
