[학위논문] 북한의 집단주의 특성요인과 심리적분석에 관한 연구
...김일성 사망 전의 절대적 집단주의가 약화되어 외형은 집단주의이나 실제 생활은 개인주의로 이루어지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 북한의 절대적 집단주의는 약화되었으나 절대적 집단주의 시기에 형성된 집단주의 요인과 정치사회화와 사회통제의 지속으로 인하여 북한주민들은 집단주의 체제를 버리지 못하고 있다.
외부정보 유입이 늘어서 북한 주민들이 체제에 대한 ‘동의’를 완전히 버릴 수 있을 때 북한체제는 변화될 수 있을 것이라 본다. 북한정권은 주민의 개인주의화를 저지하기 위해서 물리적 강제를 통한 사회통제와 당규범인지 등의 정치사회화에 더욱 힘쓰며 사회주의 배급 경제 회복을 위해 경주할 것이다.

[학위논문] 북한소설의 구조 분석 : 김병훈의 소설을 중심으로
...것에서 유일지도체계의 수령형상을 통해 혁명역사의 완고한 당위를 구현하는 것으로 강조점을 옮겨간 북한소설사를 반영할 수 있다.혁명역사는 북한 문학담론을 지배하는 개념이다. 혁명역사는 개인주의를 일소하고 집단주의 유토피아의 종언에 이르러야만 한다는 목적론을 함의한다. 북한 문학담론을 생산하는 당의 전일적 규율을 받는 북한소설은 원칙적으로 이를 재생산해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 북한소설이 공식적으로는 혁명역사의 목적론이라는 문학담론을 재생산하는 혁명서사라고 볼 수 있다. 역사적 맥락에서 북한소설은 개인주의를 일소하는 집단주의 유토피아의 종언을 부단히 지향하는 공산주의적 인민형상을 구현하는 것에서 이를 담보한다는 유일지도체계의 수령을 구현하는 것으로 강조점을 옮겨갔다고 볼 수 있다. 김병훈은 공산주의적 인민형상을 통해 혁명적...
