[국내] 북한이 그리는 신냉전의 세계

...“국제 민주 진영”간 경쟁으로 바라봤다. 그러나 1960년대 중소 분쟁이 본격화되자 주체사상을 정립하면서 자주를 내세우고, 동시에 중소간 시계추 외교를 통한 ‘실리외교’도 추구하였다. 1970년 11월에 열린 5차 당대회는 북한 대외정책의 원칙을 천명한 회의이다. 마르크스·레닌주의에서 벗어난 ‘현대수정주의,’ 과학적 고려 없이 신조만 강조하는 ‘교조주의,’제국적 특성을 반영한 ‘대국주의’등을 비판하면서 주체사상에 기초한 자주적 대외정책 원칙을 천명하였다.
