[학술논문] 위성영상 기반 딥러닝을 활용한 이동식 미사일 발사대 전개 가능 지역 예측
본 연구는 위성영상과 딥러닝 기법을 활용하여 북한의 이동식 미사일 발사대(Transporter Erector Launcher, 이하 TEL) 전개 가능 지역을 자동으로 탐색하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 TEL 전개 가능 지역 분석은 정보분석관의영상 판독에 의존하여 분석자의 경험에 따라 결과가 달라질 가능성이 있으며, 신속한 탐지가 어려운 한계가 있다. 이를해결하기 위해, 남한 지역의 지형 데이터를 학습한 후 U-Net 기반 딥러닝 모델을 적용하여 북한 지역에서 TEL 전개가능성이 높은 지역을 예측하였다. 학습 데이터 구축 과정에서는 도로 접근성, 배치 가능 면적 및 위장 가능성 등의 요소를 반영하였으며, 모델이 특정 패턴을 학습하여 TEL 전개 가능 지역을 탐지할 수 있는지를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 과거TEL을
