[학술논문] 대형공연 시 재난관리시스템의 구축에 관한 연구
...analyzed in detail countermeasure plan classified as legislation, operation of security system, instilling a sense. As the result of this analyzing, using by flow-chart, we suggested domestic optimized disaster management system for massive performance. Consequently, we propose to establish systematized disaster management system such as preliminary survey of disaster influence for massive performance.

[학위논문] 한반도 통일에 대비한 남북협력 재난안전관리 구축에 관한 연구 - 독일통일과정에서의 동독 사례를 중심으로 -
최근 기상이변으로 인하여 한반도의 자연재해 빈도수가 해마다 증가하고 있다. 유엔 인도주의 업무조정국(OCHA)에 따르면 지난 2016년 9월 북한 동북부 지역에서는 제10호 태풍인 ‘라이언 룩’ 영향이후로 이재민 14만명, 사망자 133명, 실종자 395명 등 홍수로 인한 자연재해로 대량 인명피해가 발생되었다. 또한 북한은 핵실험과 계속되는 무력도발로 국제사회로부터 인도적 지원의 단절로 식량난의 지속 및 악화로 주민들의 생활고는 더 심화되고 있다 하겠다. 이러한 안보위기, 경제위기와 함께 자연재해는 북한으로서는 돌이킬 수 없는 국가위기로 갈 수 있을 것이다. 1970년대 북한은 식량난으로 인해 산림을 훼손하면서 농업생산량을 증가시키려고 시도하였지만 성공하지 못하였고, 산림의 황폐화는 더
