[학술논문] 국방정책 2012 회고와 2013 추진방향
본 연구는 한국의 국방정책 2012년 추진형황을 분석하고 2013년 추진방향을 제시하고 있다. 2012년 한국의 국방은 북한의 김정은 체제 정립과 미사일 발사 등 북한위협과 지역 해양분쟁에 따른 잠재적 위협에 직면하였었다. 남북관계는 군사적 긴장관계를 지속하였으며 일본과도 역사 및 독도 문제로 인해 갈등이 심화되었다. 중국과는 한중수교 20주년을 맞이하여 관계발전을 위한 노력이 지속되었지만 해양 및 북한문제로 인해 갈등관계가 노정되었다. 한미관계는 어느 때보다 긴밀하게 유지되었으며, 미사일 지침의 개정 등 안보현안을 효과적으로 타결하였다. 국방은 국방개혁 2012-2030을 추진하기 위한 노력을 지속하였지만 큰 성과를 얻지 못하였으며, 북한군 병사 노크귀순 사건은 경계태세의 허점을 노출시키기도 하였다. 2013년
