[학술논문] 북한의 통일전선 변화와 북조선인민집단군총사령부의 간부정책
1947년은 북한의 국가건설과정에서 가장 큰 변화가 있던 한해였다. 북한정치세력은 해방 직후에 친일파와 민족반역자를 제외하고 전체 민족의 통일전선을 추구하였다. 그러나 북조선로동당은 1946년에 개최된 미·소공동위원회 이후부터 인민민주주의혁명을 반대하는 세력에 대한 투쟁을 선언하였다. 하지만 1946년 말에 추진한 당증수여사업이 좌경적으로 진행되자, 1947년부터 숙청사업을 재검토하고 숙청의 폭을 축소하였다. 집단군총사령부는 1947년 5월 17일에 창설되었고, 총사령관은 김일성의 측근인 최용건이 맡았다. 집단군총사령부에 새로 충원된 간부들은 모두 소련군사령부와 북한정치세력이 신뢰할 수 있는 사람들이었다. 노동당은 부일협력자를 창군과정에 참여시킨 뒤에 1947년 3월에 제2차 미·소공동위원회를
