[학술논문] 새터민 여성의 건강관련 체력과 삶의 질에 관한 연구
본 연구의 목적은 새로운 환경에 적응하는 새터민의 건강관련 체력과 삶의 질을 연구하는데 있다. 새터민이란 북한이탈주민에대한 새로운 대체 용어로, 최근 새터민의 급격한 증가와 함께 새터민 만 명의 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 하지만 이들에 대한 체력과삶의 질에 관한 연구는 거의 보고되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 새터민의 신체조성, 심폐지구력, 근지구력, 유연성, 삶의 질을 측정하고 동일 연령대 남한여성 및 입국 6개월 미만과 3년경과 새터민을 집단 간 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 동일 연령대 한국 여성과비교했을 때, 전반적으로 각 연령별로 팔굽혀펴기, 윗몸일으키기는 낮은, 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기는 높은 경향을 나타내었고, 6개월미만 적응 집단 보다 3년 이상 적응 집단이 체력변인에서는 신체효율지수(PEI)(p<.05)
