[학위논문] 권위주의 지역핵국가의 핵전략 결정요인 연구 - ‘핵전략 선택 제약 이론’을 중심으로
...권한의 위임을 필요로 하는 비대칭확전태세를 선택하지 못하고 확증보복태세에 머무르고 있다. 그러나 군부 독재체제인 파키스탄의 경우 군부의 집단적인 권력공유로 인해 군사적 효율성 중심의 정책결정이 가능하여 이와 같은 국내정치적 제약은 작용하지 않았으며, 따라서 비대칭확전태세의 채택이 가능하였다.
본 연구는 억제전략을 중심으로 권위주의 국가들의 체제 특성에 따른 핵전략 결정요인을 분석하기 위하여 핵전략 선택 제약 이론이라는 분석틀을 제시하였고, 3개 국가의 사례연구과 비교를 통하여 이를 검증하였다. 특히 기존 연구들이 실시하지 않았던 핵전략 연구와 비교권위주의 연구 간의 학제 간 연구(interdisciplinary research)를 시도했다는 점에서 본 연구의 가장 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
