...risks, China continued to oppose North Korea’s pending attack on South Korea. In conclusion, China’s basic attitude towards Korean Peninsula was to prevent a conflict between its own realistic and ideological interests; this attitude became the basis for the policy of the “stabilization of the Korean peninsula” that China implemented following its reform and opening up in 1980.

[학술논문] 한국적 민간군사기업 도입방안에 대한 연구
냉전종식 이후, 세계 각국은 선진 국가부터 허약한 국가까지 포괄안보를 구현하고 군사적 공백을 해소하기 위한 수단으로 민간군사기업을 폭넓게 활용하고 있다. 최근 주요 선진국들은 민간능력을 적극적으로 활용하여 정규군(현역군인)의 역량을 전투분야에 집중시키고, 비전투기능에는 민간군사기업을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 아울러, 허약한국가에서도 긴급한 총체적인 위기상황을 해소하기 위한 대안으로 민간군사기업을 활용하고 있다. 이에 세계 민간군사기업의 연간 시장규모는 700억 유로(약 100조원)로 추정되며 시장규모는 매년 급성장하고 있다. 따라서 한국군은 ‘국방개혁 2030’을 추진하면서 군사력 건설과 운용의 효율성을 달성하기위해 민간군사기업을 도입과 활용이 반드시 필요하다고 본다. 이에 한국에서 예상되는
