[학술논문] Jasmine Does Not Bloom in Pyongyang: The Persistent Non-transition in North Korea
...international pressure. Through an analysis of these factors, this paper shows why North Korea is “resistant to change” and will not follow in the Middle East’s footsteps. We argue that the main reason for the non-transition in North Korea is the absence of the conditions that have been identified in the democratization literature as critical factors promoting democratic transition.

[학위논문] 통일한국의 군사통합과 군사력 건설에 관한 연구
...미래전은 디지털전쟁(Digital war)이며 전투수행주체로 스마트 전사(smart worrior, 戰士)를 출현시킬 것이다. 전쟁패러다임의 변화는 필연적이다. 그것은 정보전(Information Warfare)을 바탕으로 5차원전쟁(5-Dimension Warfare)으로 발전될 것이며, 미래전쟁을단기속결전(短期速決戰)과다차원전(多次元戰),비살상전(Non-Lethal Warfare)으로 스마트화, 첨단화, 고급화시킬 것이다.
이러한 전쟁패러다임은 동북아의 안보패러다임에 전략적으로 영향을 미칠 것이다. 한반도 주변 4강의 대한반도 정책으로 나타나는 동북아 전략균형론은 남북의 통일과 군사통합의 결정요인으로 지배적으로 작용할 것이다.
