[학술논문] 북한 군사적 강압외교(Coercive Diplomacy)의 수정주의(Revisionism)적 기원
본 논문은 3대 세습에도 불구하고 정권 수립 이후 일관되게 견지되고 있는 북한의 수정주의 (revisionism)적 국가정향을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 북한 대외정책의 트레이드마크(trademark) 가 된 모험적 군사도발과 강압외교 전략의 기원을 규명한다. 정권 수립 이래 북한은 전후 동북아질서에 도전하며 북한주도 한반도 통일이라는 수정주의 목표를 추구해왔다. 현상 국제질서의 정당성을 근간에서 부정하면서 물리적 힘의 배분상태변화, 특히 군사적 세력균형의 변경을 기해왔다는 점에서, 북한은 혁명적(revolutionary) 수정주의 국가로 분류될 수 있다. 특히 중국과 러시아 등 수정주의 대륙강대국들의 도전에 편승하여 모험주의·기회주의적 팽창정책을 통해 역내 국제질서의 변경을 기도하는 ‘자칼(jackal)...
