[학술논문] 북한이탈주민의 문화접변 성향 연구 - 광주광역시 거주자를 중심으로

This Study is to analyze acculturation patterns of North Korean Migrants(NKM) in South Korea. The scale was applied The East Asian Acculturation Measure(EAAM) developed by Barry. Analysis showed that the most of NKM tend to be integration and assimilation rather than separation or marginalization styles. Average monthly wage and learning experience for South Korean society were associated with separation
