[학술논문] 박홍근의 월남 동기와 월남 직후 동시의 주체 형성

한반도의 서해안권은 동남아시아, 태평양, 중국의 동북3성, 러시아 등 글로벌공급사슬관리를 연결하는 중요한 지리적 위치에 있다. 북한은 서해안경제특구를 활용하여 경제발전을 진행하며 항만물류 영역에서 남북 협력 사업은 남북한과 중국동북 3성 및 러시아 등 유라시아 연계된 국제 복합물류망 구축이 목표이다. 북한의 서해안 항만개발은 남북한 항만공동개발 및 공동운영이 필요하며 중요한 전략적 요소가 된다. 본 연구는 북한 항만의 선택적 정책대안을 제시하기 위하여 측정영역과 측정요소를 설계하고 분석방법은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구 분석 결과는 항만공사 등의 민간차원에서 공공기관이 참여하는 비즈니스 모델 개발이 요구되며. 제2계층의 평가속성은 해운·항만
