[학위논문] 북한이탈주민의 귀농 결정요인과 만족도에 관한 연구

...차이가 있을 것으로 판단하여 재북 또는 중국 등 제3국 체류 시 농사 경험이나 영농경험, 남한 거주기간, 귀농지 연고자 유무, 지역 주민과의 관계 등 북한이탈주민의 특징을 나타낼 수 있는 문항을 설문조사에 반영하여 분석하였다.<br /> 본 논문의 연구 방법은 설문조사인 양적연구에 비중을 두고 SPSS 26을 활용하여 분석했으며 심층 면접 조사인 <em>질적</em> <em>연구</em>를 보충하는 혼합방법(mixed method)을 사용하였다. 또한 심층 면접 조사를 통해 좀 더 심도 있는 연구가 될 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 연구 방법을 통해 귀농 결정요인과 만족도 간의 인과관계에서 크게 4가지 연구가설을 수립하여 다음과 같은 분석 결과를 얻었다.<br /> 우선 가설 1. &lsquo;인구통계학적 특성은 귀농 만족도에 유의미한...
