[학술논문] Lessons and Implications of Vietnam’s Reforms in 1976-89 for North Korea
일반적으로 알려진 것과는 달리 베트남의 개혁은 도이머이(Doi Moi)가 시작된 후에도 상당한 진통을 겪은 후 1990년대에 본격적으로 시행되었다. 본 연구는 베트남의 개혁단계 중 초기 단계인 1976년에서 1989년까지의 개혁과정을 분석하여 북한의 개혁, 개방에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 베트남의 개혁과정도 초기 단계에서는 체제를 “보완”하는 차원에서 시작되었으나 시간이 지나면서 체제를 “변화”시키는 방향으로 진화해나갔다. 베트남의 개혁은 중앙이 아닌 지방에서, 하향식이 아닌 상향식으로 전개되었다. 베트남 중앙정부는 수 차례에 걸친 시행착오를 거친 후에 마침내 현실을 받아들이고 개혁의 길로 나가게 된다. 북한은 1990년대 중반에서 후반에 걸친 “고난의...

[학술논문] 한(韓)'의 유래와 명칭의 형성
이 글의 주 목적은 상고시대에 한반도 중남부 지역을 지칭한 ‘韓’이란 명칭의 형성과정을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 주 논의의 대상이 되었던 자료는 『삼국지』 한조의 한왕(韓王) 기사와『위략』에서 준왕(準王) 일족이 한씨를 사용한 기사이다. 그리고 삼한의 역사를 가장 잘 보여주는 『삼국지』 한조의 전반적인 내용을 기본 자료로 활용하였다. 『삼국지』 한조의 한왕 기사는 준왕이 위만에게 패하여 한지에 가서 한왕을 칭했다는 내용이다. 하지만 이는 후대의 인식이 반영된 중국 중심의 역사 서술에서 나타난 것으로 신뢰할 수 없다. 반면 『위략』에서 준왕 일족이 한씨 성을 사용했다는 기사는 역사적 전승이 온전히 전해져 사료에 실린 것으로 판단된다. 또한 모성의 대상이 된 서북한 지역의 한씨는 낙랑 지역에서...
