[학술논문] 안중근의 『동양평화론』을 통한 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’ 구상의 실현 방안
...추동할 새로운 접근이 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 100년 전 동양평화를 위해 동북아 삼국의 정립을 주장했던 안중근의 『동양평화론』의 사상적 배경을 박근혜정부의 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’ 구상에 적용하여 새로운 대안을 제시하였다. 안중근 『동양평화론』은 두 가지 사상적 배경을 추구하고 있다. 첫째는 ‘세력균형(balance of power)’의 원리며, 둘째는 ‘다자간 통합(multi-integration)’의 원리이다. 본 논문은 한반도 평화의 조건으로 한반도의 ‘세력균형’을 통한 북핵 문제 해결을 주장하고 있으며, 한반도 평화의 구조로서 동북아의 ‘다자간 통합’을 통한 새로운 질서를 제안하고 있다.
