[학술논문] Chinese Northern Province Development Policy and Economic Cooperation with North Korea
본 논문은 중국의 동북지역 경제개발 계획과 정책을 분석하고, 나아가 중국을 포함한 극동지역에서의 경제협력과 중국과 북한의 경제관계를 연구하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 중국의 동북지역 개발전략은 이지역의 경제발전을 가속화하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 중국과 북한, 러시아,몽골, 나아가 일본과 한국을 포함한 경제협력의 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 또한 이러한 큰 흐름은 중국과 북한의 경제교류를 심화시키고, 북한의 대중국 경제의존도를 제고시키고 있다. 중국의 동북지역개발과 극동지역 경제협력에 대한 연구결과 다음과같은 몇 가지 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 동북지역의 경제발전 전략은 요녕성, 길림성, 흑룡강의 특성에부합한다고 평가할 수 있다. 동 프로젝트는 중앙정부에 의해서 뒷받침되어 지고 있어서 동 지역 경제발전의 전기가 마련될
