[학술논문] 두만강지역의 관광개발 방향과 과제: 광역두만강개발계획을 중심으로
... 현황분석과 함께 그동안의 제약요인을 파악하고, 이러한 제약요인을 완화하기 위하여 다음과 같은 필요과제들을 제시하였다. 첫째, ‘동북아 다목적지 관광협력센터’의 기능과 업무를 구체화시켜 관광분야의 당면과제를 추진, 둘째, 비자문제 개선을 위해 GTI 관광위원회에 비자 관련 정부부처의 참여, 셋째, 회원국 관광관련 기관의 도움을 통한 GTI 기초 관광통계 DB 구축, 넷째, GTI 복수국가 경유 여행코스 팸투어의 조속한 실시, 다섯째, 온·오프라인을 통한 GTI 관광홍보의 추진, 여섯째, GTI 관광개발을 통한 북한의 개방 추진 등을 우선적으로 추진해야한다.

[학술논문] 동북아 초국경 지역협력 요인 분석: 광역두만강개발계획(GTI)을 중심으로
이 연구는 광역두만강계발계획(GTI)을 중심으로 북한, 중국, 러시아의 초국경 지역협력을 증진시키는 요인을 밝히고, 향후 북한과 중국, 북한과 러시아의 국경지역의 협력 발전 및 한국정부의 참여방안에 주는 시사점을 찾는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 ‘광역두만강개발계획’을 중심으로 북·중·러 국경지역의 역할을 파악하고, 나아가 지속적인 초국경 협력의 설계 및 관리방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 북·중·러 국경지역의 경제개발과 상호교류 등 성공적인 초국경 협력은 인구 증가와 경제 성장을 가져옴은 물론 접경지역 주민들 간의 갈등해소와 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 준다. 이러한 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 협력지역의 규모, 북·중·러의...
