[학술논문] 근거이론을 이용한 새터민 어머니의 양육경험의 변화과정
본 연구는 새터민 어머니들의 아동 양육경험의 변화 과정을 서술하고 탐색함으로써 새터민 어머니에게 필요한 양육 교육 프로그램을 제시하고자 시도하였다. 본 연구는 북한 이탈 주민으로 학령기 아동과 함께 남한으로 입국하여 하나원에 입소한지 8주 이상 된 새터민 어머니 19명을 대상으로 면대면 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. Strauss와Corbin (1998)의 근거이론방법을 적용하여 양육 경험의 변화 과정에 대한 자료 수집과 분석을 동시해 수행하였다. 연구 결과 새터민 어머니의 양육경험의 변화 과정을 설명하는핵심 범주는 긍정적인 양육 추구이었으며 17개의 범주는 다음과같다. 인과적 조건: 역할 장애, 남편의 일탈, 낙인, 상황적 맥락: 양육에 대한 사회적 인식, 공산주의 체계, 중심현상: 좌절감의 표출,중재적

[학술논문] 북한이탈주민 어머니의 유아교육기관 경험에 대한 탐구
본 연구는 북한이탈주민 어머니가 북한 사회체제에서 이미 습득한 교육관이 남한 사회체제 속에서 나타나는 유아교육기관에 대한 의미는 무엇이며, 이 과정에서 겪게 되는 어려움과 요구하는 지원서비스 내용이 무엇인지 알아보는데 중점을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 눈덩이 표집방법을 사용하여 북한이탈주민 어머니 8명으로 선정하여 심층면담과 참여관찰을 통해 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 북한이탈주민 어머니는 남한 유아교육기관에 대한 의미를 ‘누구에게나 평등한 유아교육 제공’, ‘유아를 위한 유아중심의 교육’, ‘부모와 교사 간 교육 동반자 의식 형성’, ‘유아의 꿈과 희망을 꽃 피우는 통로의 역할’을 하는 것으로 이해하고 있었다. 북한이탈주민 어머니가
