[학술논문] 통일코리아의 미래기획: 비전, 현실, 대안
...과정이다. 통일코리아는 세계 5대 선진국으로 도약하는 비전이자 꿈이며 이는 경제적 이익 못지않은 분단의 비가시적 비용을 줄일 수 있는 유일한 한반도 미래전략이다. 그러나 교류의 진전이나 통일의 객관적 환경이 마련되어 있지 않은 상황에서 한국과 조선을 넘어서는 새로운 통일코리아를 만드는 데는 정체성 혼란이 심각할 것으로 예상된다. 이런 점에서 본 논문은 새로운 ‘한류’인 피스꼬레아를 만들어 내기 위해 한국과 조선(북한)의 역사와 민족, 정체성을 하나로 통합할 수 있는 창의력과 상상력이 필요하며, 이를 위해 평화유지(peace-keeping)로서의 통일, 평화조성(peace- making)로서의 통일, 평화구축(peace-building)으로서의 통일을 적극적으로 준비해 나가야 함을 강조한다.
