...동안 외래 및 입원 치료를 받은 북한이탈주민의 의료 기록을 후향적으로 차트를
검토하였다. 연구대상자는 1,457 명의 환자 (여성 1,193 명, 남성 260 명)를
포함되었으며, 환자의 평균 연령은 46.7 세로 나타났다. 또한 최근 5 년간 (2016-
2020) Central Cochrane, Embased, Pubmed, Kiss, KMbase, KoreaMed,
Googlescholar, ProQuest, Dbpia 의 9 개의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 북한이탈주민의
의료 이용행태에 대한 문헌 고찰을 진행하였다.
연구결과
그 결과 전체 환자의 88 %가 의료급여 1 종에 해당하는 것으로 나타났고 가장 자주
