[학술논문] 남북교류협력 변천에 따른 접경지역 발전 방안
...있다. 최근 연구는 접경지역을 두고 구체적 활용방안이 제시되어 과거보다 창의적인 아이디어가 많은 편이다. 남북교류협력 변천, 통일부와 행정안전부 정책, 지방자치단체 업무계획의 공통점은 “길(Road)”을 강조하며 기존 시설 유지와 보수, 시스템 고도화, 프로그램 업그레이드가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 지방자치단체의 지리적 여건 등에 맞게 다양한 프로그램이 추진되고 있으며 철도나 도로 교통 확대를 포함한 대단위 사업이 논의될 수 있다. 이미 물류 교류를 시범적으로 경험했었고 철도와 도로 등도 착공식을 거행했기에 앞으로 이를 더 논의하기는 쉽다. 발전 방안으로 첫째, 통일 관련 유관기관 의견을 수렴할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 접경지역에 “의료기관”을 배치하는 것도 고려해야...
