[학위논문] 통일한국의 군사통합과 군사력 건설에 관한 연구
...추진단계별, 세부분야별 통합 방향을 적시하였다. 이어서 통일한국군의 스마트파워 군사력 건설에 관하여 제언하였다.
연구한 결과를 보면, 먼저 정보문명사회의 등장은 과학기술의 발전과 군사 테크놀로지(knowledge)의 변화를 가져왔다. 미래전은 디지털전쟁(Digital war)이며 전투수행주체로 스마트 전사(smart worrior, 戰士)를 출현시킬 것이다. 전쟁패러다임의 변화는 필연적이다. 그것은 정보전(Information Warfare)을 바탕으로 5차원전쟁(5-Dimension Warfare)으로 발전될 것이며, 미래전쟁을단기속결전(短期速決戰)과다차원전(多次元戰),비살상전(Non-Lethal Warfare)으로 스마트화, 첨단화, 고급화시킬 것이다.
