[학술논문] 한반도 미래 안보상황에 부합된 다국적 공조체제 고찰
탈냉전 이후, 지구촌의 분쟁 양상은 비전통적 안보위협이 증대되고 있어 국제적 또는 지역적 안보협력의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 한반도 지역은 전통적 위협과 비전통적 위협이 상존하는 가운데 북한의 급변사태가 순차적 또는 동시 복합적으로 발생할 가능성이 있고 예기치 않은 비군사적 및 초국가적 위협 등 한반도 안보위협에 대한 새로운 평가와 대비책을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 한반도 안보상황의 변화와 북한의 대남위협 평가를 기초로 북한의 급변사태나 비전통적 안보의 위협상황이 발생한다면 한미연합체제로 초기 대응은 가능하겠지만 이라크나 아프가니스탄처럼 장기적인 대비에는 한계가 있을 것으로 판단하고 이에 대한 대책을 연구한 것이다. 주변의 열강들이 개입하려는 상황에서 한국의 작전주도를 위해 다국적 공조체제의 구축 가능성을
