[학술논문] 한민족(韓民族)의 준-종족화(準種族化)와 문화 분절화:김일성민족, 중국조선족, 자이니치 사회의 비교연구
이 글은 북한, 재중동포, 재일동포사회의 준-종족화의 원인과 그에 따른 문화 분절화를 분석한다. 보통 동북아 동포사회는 한민족 혹은 디아스포라로 접근된다. 그러나 동북아 동포사회는 고정적이고 불변적인 한민족 혹은 디아스포라의 특징으로 간주되어 왔던 문화적 요소들을 급격하게 상실해 상호 타자화된 사회로 재구성된지 오래다. 북한은 김일성민족, 재중동포는 중국조선족, 재일동포는 자이니치라는 종족명으로 자의적, 타의적으로 지칭되면서 각각 유일영도문화, 혼종형 경계문화, 쇠퇴형 경계문화를 형성시켜 왔다. 이처럼 서로 다른 문화를 형성시켜 온 동북아 동포사회의 문화는 단일민족의식에 기초한 한민족문화건설의 통일세계관을 상상된 신화로 전락시킬 가능성을 배제하기 어렵게 만든다. 따라서 동북아 동포사회의 준-종족화에 의한 문화

[학술논문] 한국 다문화교육의 새 지평: 역사적 소수자의 미래지향적 재현
이 연구는 한국사회의 다문화라는 외적인 변화가 한반도 근·현대사의 내적인 문제와 연결되어 있다는 관점에서, 한국 다문화교육에서 배제되거나 소홀히 여겼던 중국동포, 고려사람, 재일조선인, 북한이탈주민을 한반도 근·현대사의 역사적 소수자로 명명하고, 역사적 소수자의 존재 의미, 경험의 유산, 관련 지식 등을 한국 다문화교육의 새로운 내용으로 제안하고자 하였다. 특히 다문화교육 측면에서 역사적 소수자의 존재 의의를 정당화 할 수 있는 미래지향적 재현을 논의함으로써 한국 다문화교육과정과 교육내용에 새 지평을 제시하고자 하였다.
