[학술논문] 북한이탈주민 설문조사를 통해 본 북한의 모성과 신생아 건강관리 실태
본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 하여 북한에서경험한 산전진찰과 임신관리, 출산과 응급대처 및 산후관리의 모성보건 영역의 현황과 모유수유 실태, 신생아정기예방접종 여부에 대한 설문조사를 통해 북한의 모성과 신생아 관리 실태를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 북한의 현실에 적합한 산후관리 프로그램을 개발하여 제공하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 산전진찰의지역적 확산 뿐 아니라 산모에게 요구되는 필수 검사들을 임신 초기부터 적절하게 제공할 수 있는 질적인 개선이 필요하다. 국제기구를 통해 보고된 북한의 모자보건 지표들이 신뢰성과 정확성에 대해서 지속적인 문제가 제기되는 상황에서, 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 직접모자보건 지표를 조사하여 기존의 결과와 비교하는 연구는 제한된 상황에서 북한의 모자보건 현황을 좀 더제대로
