[학술논문] 민족주의적 국가전략을 통해 본 아베 내각의 대외정책과 동향
지금까지 살펴본 바와 같이 일본의 민족주의적 국가전략은 1990년 전후로 발생한 국내정치와국제정치의 변화 소용돌이 속에서 경제 대국으로서의 지위 상실에 따른 위기감을 정치․군사대국화 노선을 통해 보완하려는 측면이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉 일본의 민족주의적 국가전략은전후 체제 하에서 안정적으로 작동해 온 거시성장 정치시스템에 기초한 기업국가의 위기42)와냉전질서 및 미일안보체제에 기초한 정치 소국주의 노선의 위기에 대한 반발로 나타났던 것이다. 따라서 이러한 노선은 요시다→이케다→사토→다나카로 이어진 국가 이념과 진로, 즉 평화 헌법에 기초한 국제 평화주의와 전수방위, 경제성장 우선주의, 주변국들과의 우호적인 관계 유지 등을주된 내용으로 하는 정치 노선으로부터의 탈각이었다. 결과적으로
