[학술논문] 북한이탈청소년들의 학교문화적응과 무용수업 적용효과

본 연구의 주된 목적은 문화기술학적 접근방법을 통해 북한이탈청소년의 학교문화적응과 무용수업 적용효과를 총체적이고 심층적으로 분석하고 이해하는 것이다. 이러한 연구주제에 따라 특기적성 무용수업에 참여한 학생 30여명을 대상으로 참여관찰 하였다. 그 중 연구의 특성을 잘 대표할 수 있는 북한이탈청소년 6명, 학과담당교사 1명을 비 확률표집(nonprobability sampling)의 하나인 유목적표집법(purposeful sampling)으로 선정하여 연구 참여자의 특정 경험이나, 환경, 현상 등을 체계적으로 연구하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 북한이탈청소년들은 남한사회에 적응하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며 이들은 진로에 대한 확신이 없으며 불안정해 하는 것으로 나타났다. 학교문화적응 뿐만
