[학술논문] 남북한 정치 변동에 따른 스포츠경쟁체제의 변천: 세계탁구선수권대회 여성 우승을 중심으로
이 연구는 정치변동에 따른 스포츠 경쟁 체제의 변천을 연구하는 대 있어 1973년 사라예보 세계탁구선수권대회 첫우승, 1979년 평양 세계탁구선수권대회, 1991년 지바 세계탁구선수권대회의 단일팀의 참가여부와 성과를 알아보았다. 스포츠와 남북한 정치적 상황의 이데올로기가 시대의 흐름에 따라 어떻게 달라졌는지 알아보고 이념의 대립과쇠퇴를 세계탁구선수권대회를 둘러싸고 벌어진 ATTF(Asia Table Tennis Federation)와 ATTU(Asian Table TennisUnion)의 갈등을 살펴보았다. 첫째, 남북 스포츠 경쟁 체제는 ‘냉전’이라는 이데올로기 아래 대결과 경쟁으로 점철되었다. 둘째, 남한은 ATTF와 ATTU와 세력다툼 속에서 국제 탁구계에서 고립되어 1984년에서야

[학술논문] 김정은시대 체육정치의 지속성과 변화
김정은은 단시간에 해결할 수 없는 정치ㆍ경제 영역의 집중에서 한 발 물러나 성과를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 체육을 통해 기존의 강성대국 건설의 연장선상으로 체육열풍, 체육강국 건설목표를 설정하였다. 우선, 시기적으로 2012년 런던올림픽은 자연스럽게 북한의 모든 인민을 체육열풍으로 집중하기에 충분했고, 스포츠를 통해 국제무대에서의 성과는 곧 사회주의체제 승리, 김정은의 훌륭한 영도에 의한 업적으로 보여주기에 충분했다. 나아가 본인이 경험했던 스포츠와 스포츠문화공연 등을 통해 노동으로서의 체육활동이 아닌 건강을 위한 체육활동으로 문화를 정착시키기 위하여 마식령스키장, 만경대유희장 등과 같은 주민편의시설을 새로 건설하고 보수하였다. 이외에도 ‘국가체육지도위원회’를 신설하여 본인이 구상하는 목표를
