[학술논문] 북한 체육정책의 변화에 대한 연구

본 연구는 북한체육과 관련된 문헌들을 분석하여 김일성, 김정일, 김정은 시대 순으로 북한의 체육정책 변화를 기술하였다. 김일성 시대는 1945년부터 1970년대까지로, 정권초기에 마르크스-레닌주의에 기반을 둔 구소련의 체육정책을 받아드렸으나 1950년대 후반부터 &lsquo;주체사상&rsquo;에 기반을 둔 &lsquo;주체체육&rsquo;을 중심으로 노동력과 체육의 대중화, 생활화정책을 통해 노동력과 국방력을 강화하였으며, 정권의 중후반부터는 엘리트 체육도 발전시켜 선전에 이용하였다. 김정일시대는 1980년대부터 2011년까지로 &lsquo;주체체육&rsquo;을 계승 하였으나, 사회주의 국가들의 붕괴와 경제침체로 체육기반은 약화되었으며, 체육정책은 수동적으로 실시되었다. 김정은 시대는 2012년부터 현재까지로
