This study takes into account that North Korea is currently revising its national strategy. South Korea’s "New North Policy" and China’s "One Belt, One Road" may become the reality of North Korea’s new development strategy. As a new model of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, this paper analyzes the main factors of economic cooperation among major countries such as South Korea, North Korea and China, as well as the political and economic conditions of transportation, resources and tourism. In addition, although seeking a win-win situation among these countries is a possibility, the reality of this is that the United Nations sanctions against the DPRK could be alleviated and the relationship between North Korea and the United States could be improved.
