This study aims to analyze on the systematization of the anti-Japanese movement organization in Kapsan area, southern Hamkyung province in mid 1930s. The core members of the Korean national liberation alliance including Pak Dal and Pak Geum-Cheol, played an active part in expansion of organization, after the solidarity with the independence association of the fatherland in 1936. As the inflow of population, leftist inclination of the residents grew strong in Kapsan in late 1920s. Pak Dal and Pak Geum-Cheol already formed a secret anti-Japanese organization, Kapsan working committee in Kapsan in mid 1930s. Also, there was Saempochon leftist farmers association in Kapsan area in early 1930s. Therefore it could build many subordinate organization relatively rapidly in Kapsan in mid 1930s. Eventually, the attempt of the Pak-Dal and Pak Kum-Chul to diversify the anti-Japanese activity under Japanese colonial control was successful. The core members of the Korean National Liberation Alliance, Lee Kyung-Bong, Shim Chang-Shik, Kim Cheol-Ouk, Choe Pil-Ho, Lee Nam-Jin, Lee Byeoung-Sun expanded more the their organization. Their drastic try to build substructure was noticeable in Kapsan area in the mid-1930s.
