For the success of the Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development (TASED), a free port of Vladivostok, the success of China’s policy, and South Korea’s special economic zones, the need arises for one-to-one economic cooperation projects. Economic cooperation is to be between the economic zone of free economic zones and other countries. We could use the abundant underground resources of Russia, the cheap labor of China, the abundant capital and hi-technology of Japan, the intermediate and advanced technology of South Korea, and the hard workers and cheap labor of North Korea. The production in Northeast Asian areas of comparative advantage, including those factors, could create a new growth engine for Northeast Asia.
