본 연구는 북한이탈가정 청소년의 우울과 불안이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개변인(진로결정 자기효능감; 인지적 유연성; 문화적응 스트레스)의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 북한이탈가정 청소년 88명의 자료와 일반대조 청소년 298명의 자료를 각각 분석하였다. 연구도구는 통합적 한국판 CES-D척도; 한국판 청소년용 사회불안척도; 진로결정수준 척도; 진로결정 자기효능감 척도; 인지적 유연성 척도; 문화적응 스트레스 척도를 사용하였다. 자료의 분석은 연구목적과 변수의 특성에 따라 상관분석; 위계적 회귀분석 및 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 북한이탈가정 청소년을 대상으로 했을 때; 첫째; 우울과 불안이 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째; 우울; 불안이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 매개효과로 문화적응 스트레스가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째; 북한이탈가정 청소년은 일반청소년에 비해 우울 및 불안이 높아 심리적으로 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 북한이탈가정 청소년은 일반청소년에 비해 진로결정 수준이 낮아 진로를 결정함에 있어 어려움을 보인다. 그래서 일반청소년에 비해 북한이탈가정 청소년 이해에 본 연구는 우울 및 불안에 더 많은 어려움을 경험하고 진로결정 수준이 낮음을 밝혔다. 더불어 우울 및 불안이 진로결정 수준에 영향을 미치는 과정에 문화적응 스트레스가 매개변인 효과가 있음을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 북한이탈가정 청소년의 진로지도 및 상담 장면에서 효과적인 개입을 위한 기초자료를 제공하다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 추후연구에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This research was investigated to confirm the mediating effects of career decision self-efficacy; cognitive flexibility and acculturation stress about the effect of depression and anxiety in the North Korean adolescent refugees. For this research; 88 was used for analysis. And 298 was used for analysis. Center for epidemiologic studies depression scale; Korean version of social anxiety scale for adolescents; career decision levels scale; career decision self-efficacy scale; cognitive flexibility scale; acculturation stress scale were sued as research tools. Collected data were analyzed through correlation analysis; hierarchial regression analysis and t-test. The results were follows: First; Depression; anxiety was influenced career decision level. Second; Depression; anxiety is presented that is significant to directly affect career decision level. And It is through acculturation stress mediated effects. Third; North Korean adolescent refugees were higher than South Korean adolescent depression and anxiety. Also; North Korean adolescent refugees were lower than south Korean adolescent career decision level. These results are meaningful in that they provide basic information for developing effective interventions in counseling and career guidance in North Korean adolescent refugees.
